Affordable Holistic Psychiatric Care for Every Stage of Life
Thriving Together at Champions Mental Health & Wellness

Meet Your Provider

I'm Maryann Matheson, a dual board-certified psychiatric and geriatric nurse practitioner. At Champions Mental Health & Wellness, I bring both professional expertise and personal insight to every appointment. I've spent over two decades caring for people often left behind by the system - adults with dementia, autism, serious mental illness, and intellectual disabilities. However, my work is also personal. As a caregiver to aging parents, and someone with first-hand experience supporting family through mental health struggles, I understand the profound challenges that can come with seeking help. I know what it means to be overwhelmed, to feel unheard, and to be faced with roadblocks.

I offer longer visits, flexible care settings, and a commitment: you will be seen, respected and supported here.
